Preschool Class Options

18 months – 2 years

This class allows little ones to explore movement with a parent or caregiver by their side. Together, you’ll work through guided activities, songs, and simple obstacle courses that support early motor skills, balance, and body awareness. It’s a great first class experience and a special way to bond while learning and moving together.

Must be 2 Years Old

Our 2-Year-Old Gymnastics class is designed as a hybrid program to help toddlers transition confidently from parent participation to independent class time.

During the first month, a parent or caregiver participates alongside their child. This helps athletes feel comfortable in the gym, learn class routines, and build trust with coaches. Parents assist with stations, encouragement, and guidance as their child adjusts to the class setting.

After the first month, athletes transition into participating independently with coach guidance. Classes focus on basic gymnastics skills through structured play, while building strength, balance, coordination, listening skills, and confidence. Athletes rotate through age-appropriate equipment including bars, beams, mats, and obstacle courses.

This hybrid approach supports a smooth, confident transition into independent classes while keeping the experience positive, fun, and developmentally appropriate. No prior experience needed.

Ages 3-5

Preschool Gymnastics is for kids who are ready for a more structured class setting. Athletes work on foundational gymnastics skills while improving flexibility, coordination, and strength. Classes include rotations on beams, bars, floor, tramp, and obstacle courses, with an emphasis on following directions, taking turns, and building confidence.
