We offer a wide variety of classes for athletes, ages 3 and up. From forward rolls and cartwheels to advanced skills such as fulls and beyond, we’ll be your partner in discovering your capabilities.

Tumbling Class Options

Ages 7+

Our Level 1A Tumbling class is designed for athletes who are beginning their tumbling journey, focusing on fundamental skills, body control, and strength development. This class emphasizes proper technique and foundational movements to build a strong base for future progression.

Curriculum will include the following skills: Forward Roll, Backward Roll, Hollow Rocks, Candle Sticks, Levers & Lunges, Cartwheel, Backbend (Bridge), Backbend Kicks (Bridge Kicks), Kick Up to Handstand or L Stand

Ages 7+

Our Level 1B Tumbling class is designed for athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to build on their foundational skills. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, and body control while introducing more dynamic movements and combinations.

Curriculum will include the following skills: Round off, backward extension roll, backbend kickover, back walkover, cartwheel back walkover, front walkover, kick up to handstand.

Ages 7+

Level 1C Tumbling is designed for athletes who are continuing to refine their foundational skills while developing strength, flexibility, and body control. This class focuses on proper technique and confidence-building in a supportive environment.

Curriculum will include the following skills: Forward roll, backward roll, hollow rocks, candle sticks, levers/lunges, cartwheel, backbend (bridge), backbend kicks (bridge kicks), kick up to handstand or L stand.

Ages 4-6

Tiny C Tumbling is designed for our youngest athletes, focusing on building body awareness, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. This class introduces fundamental tumbling skills through engaging activities that promote strength and flexibility.

Curriculum will include the following skills: Forward roll, backward roll, hollow rocks, candle sticks, levers/lunges, cartwheel, backbend (bridge), backbend kicks (bridge kicks), kick up to handstand or L stand.

This class is designed for current high school cheerleaders, providing a strong foundation in tumbling skills with a focus on proper technique and progression. No experience is necessary, making it a great option for athletes looking to build confidence and improve their skills in a supportive environment.

Ages 7+

Level 2 Tumbling is designed for athletes who have a strong foundation in Level 1 skills and are ready to progress to more advanced techniques. This class focuses on power, body control, and proper form to ensure safe skill development.

Prerequisites: Athletes must be able to perform the following skills unassisted with above-average technique: back walkover series, front walkover cartwheel, cartwheel back walkover, and round off.

Curriculum will include the following skills: Front handspring, back handspring, round off back handspring, bounders, back walkover back handspring, front walkover round off back handspring.

Ages 7+

Level 3-5 Tumbling is designed for athletes who have mastered foundational and intermediate tumbling skills and are ready to advance to more powerful, dynamic, and technically demanding skills. This class emphasizes strength, speed, and proper technique to ensure safe and successful progression.

Prerequisites: Athletes must be able to perform the following skills unassisted with above-average technique: standing back handspring series, round off back handspring series, front walkover round off back handspring, and fly spring.

Curriculum will include the following skills: Aerials, front tuck, round off back tuck/layout/full, round off back handspring tuck/layout/full, standing back handspring tuck/layout/full, front handspring front tuck/layout/full, standing back tuck/full.

Ages 4-6

Tiny d Tumbling is designed for our young athletes, focusing on building body awareness, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. This class introduces more tumbling skills through engaging activities that promote strength and flexibility.

Curriculum will include the following skills: Forward roll, backward roll, hollow rocks, candle sticks, levers/lunges, cartwheel, backbend (bridge), backbend kicks (bridge kicks), kick up to handstand or L stand.
